RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We sincerely hope you love your Murlong Cres items. However, if you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines:
- Initiate and ship your return within 14 working days from receiving your order. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
- Items must be unused, with safety tags intact and in original packaging.
- Returns are refunded to the original payment method.
We are delighted to provide free worldwide shipping to all our customers. However, as a small business, it’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Murlong Cres when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.
Refund:
- After the refund is processed, please anticipate receiving it within 10 business days. The exact timing of the arrival is subject to Shopify and your bank's processing times.
- Kindly note that any international duties and taxes incurred are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Murlong Cres we’re happy to accept exchanges on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security ribbons and labels. Initiate and ship your exchange within 14 working days from receiving your order.
Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area.
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Murlong Cres when sent back.

PRE-ORDERS
All pre-order items are 100% made to order and will take 6-8 weeks to ship. Shipment delays do not qualify for refunds. If your order also contains an in-stock item/s, these will be shipped together with your pre-order item/s. After recieving your pre-order you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Complementary tailoring
Custom-tailored items are non-returnable, as they are created exclusively for you. Delivery time for custom-tailored pieces may take an extra 1-2 weeks, but rest assured, the wait is well worth it.
CHANGES/ CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order contact us immediately. If the order has shipped we cannot cancel your order.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can modify details such as the address, name, and telephone number. However, once the order has been confirmed and shipped, we are unable to make any adjustments to the information provided. If you need to change your order please contact us at hello@murlongcres.com.
Please be aware that once a purchase is made, it is not possible to change or add products to the order.
PROBLEMS WITH ORDER
Let us know within 7 days of receiving your order if something is wrong- incorrect or damaged item, etc. Reply to your confirmation email with what the problem is and include pictures if applicable. We'll take care of you!
SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS/SAMPLES
All sale/discounted items and samples are final sale.
RETURNED TO SENDER / REFUSED PACKAGES
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by either Posten or DHL will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact the customer via email and phone a total of three times before cancelling the order. Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label.
Please note that the costs for the return shipment as well as any related costs for importing the goods back to Norway shall be borne by you and will be deduced from your refund.
